Personal data

Privacy policy

Effective date: 15 September 2026.

1. Data controller

Luxaltes 2020 S.à r.l., operating the FEW&CO brand, is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

When you contact FEW&CO by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, work contact details, company, requested service, order quantity, preferred delivery information and the content of your message. The website form does not transmit its contents to FEW&CO automatically: it prepares an email to hello@fewandco.lu in your own email application, and the information reaches us only if you choose to send that email.

The website platform and external font provider may receive limited technical data such as your IP address, browser information, device information, date and time of access, and requested page in order to deliver and secure the website.

3. Why we use it

We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Legal bases

Depending on the context, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, FEW&CO’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting its business, or your consent where consent is required.

5. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorised persons within Luxaltes 2020 S.à r.l. and to providers needed for the relevant request. These may include the business email provider, CRM and document-storage providers, accountants, suppliers and delivery partners.

The website is published using ChatGPT Sites, provided in the European Economic Area by OpenAI Ireland Limited. The pages also request the Montserrat font from Google Fonts; this causes the visitor’s browser to connect to Google’s servers. These providers may process technical data under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, FEW&CO relies on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless an earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Customer, order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by Luxembourg law, generally 10 years for accounting records. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless another legal obligation or documented dispute requires longer retention.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to hello@fewandco.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

8. Cookies

FEW&CO has not added analytics, advertising pixels or non-essential cookies to this website. The publishing platform may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver, secure and operate the site. If non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies are added later, FEW&CO will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before activating them.

9. Security and updates

FEW&CO applies reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information processed. This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The published page will show its effective date.
